James GleickThere’s no need for Democrats to pass legislation stating that it’s unethical for a Supreme Court Justice to accept anything of value from someone who has business before the Court, or to rule on any matter involving someone who has given you something of value. That’s already unethical.
Democrats must demand the resignation of any Justice* who has done that.
