@Newk My organization doesn't anymore. We switched to relying on "Microsoft Defender for Office 365", aka Exchange Online ATP, wen it came time to refresh our Barracuda ESG boxes. Cloud ESG was just as expensive as ATP and keeping hardware filters created a single failure point for mail flow. Based on conversations I've had, it's still very common for an organization to use a 3rd party filter in front of EXO.
