I grew up riding public #buses in San Antonio, in an area that saw hourly bus service and now only does on-demand. My first bit of advocacy was when I was in 9th or 10th grade, asking VIA to change the bus schedule so the bus didn't come 5 minutes before the end of school.

I loved buses, I just hated waiting for buses.

Anyway, I've signed some paperwork so that it's probably official enough...I start as Senior Product Manager of the #MBTA bus dispatching app, Skate, in a month. 🥳​​
