I've restored from backup, I’ve restored fresh, I've DFU restored, I've restored and installed no apps. You can see right now that the battery is ticking down and we're not even using it.”
He goes, “Wow…..that's all the stuff we try. I'll go get you a new one.”

Andy@BasicAppleGuy I play dumb in Apple Stores and watch them give me incorrect answers or make shit up …and then I get annoyed remembering that I didn’t get hired when I was first looking for a retail job.
