@BasicAppleGuy One time I walked in with an iPad with a faulty battery and put it down and said, “Hi, the battery is definitely bad in this iPad. I've restored from backup, I’ve restored fresh, I've DFU restored, I've restored and installed no apps. You can see right now that the battery is ticking down and we're not even using it.”

He goes, “Wow…..that's all the stuff we try. I'll go get you a new one.”
