Donald Trump in #NewJersey about to make remarks following his appearance in #Florida earlier today in a federal courtroom where his lawyers told the judge he was entering not guilty pleas to the numerous serious criminal charges.
"Today we witnessed the most evil and heinous abuse of power in the history of our country," according to former President Trump, adding it's an attempt to rig and steal another presidential election. "This day will go down in infamy."
Trump says he faces 400 years in jail "for legally keeping his own documents."
Trump now invoking the Clinton socks drawer defense.
"Whatever documents the president decides to take with him he has the right to do so," contends Trump.
The boxes FBI "staged" in photos "had shirts and shoes and everything," according to Trump.
He was negotiating with the National Archives "until Mar-a-Lago was raided by gun-toting FBI agents," according to Trump.
He "had a absolute declassification authority as president," says Trump unlike Biden who took documents following his time as vice president. Trump then turns to comments about Hillary Clinton and her server.
Crowd now sings "Happy Birthday" to Trump in the middle of his remarks.
"Nice birthday. Wonderful birthday," responds Trump who turns 77 on Wednesday. "We're going to make it into the greatest birthday of all."

Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden "broke the law" and didn't get indicted, claims Trump.

"I did everything right and they indicted me," he adds.

"Bill Clinton lost the nuclear codes and nothing was done about it," Trump continues with his grievances and alleged lawbreaking by former and current presidents and Hillary Clinton.
