They're not even trying to have a coherent vision for Twitter. You can't be "the world's most accurate real-time information source" if the content is "unfiltered." It's not possible. It can't even happen by accident.

"Have you ever been talking with someone particularly insightful and thought, you should have the freedom to speak your mind. We all should. Enter Twitter 2.0."

This gestures at elitism with, "particularly insightful", implies the "particularly insightful" do not have the freedom to "speak their mind" (despite the premise being that we've talked to them), and then gestures at egalitarianism with, "We all should".

It's a mess of contradictions.
