Dave RahardjaIran is quite literally manipulating the worldâs economy in this war by commandeering a strategic part of its supply chain. Gasoline is already expensive and in short supply. In a few weeks, everything from fertilizer to silicon chip manufacturing must ramp down. Then, food prices will rise everywhere due to fertilizer and transportation costs. And theyâre making it clear that the US and Israel are to blame.
They are so good at this game.
And can we talk about how good their drones and missiles seem to be? There is plenty of footage floating around now that show these craft evading the Iron Dome interceptors. I wonder if both the US and Israel were surprised by just how sophisticated Iranâs (cheap) missiles are and how many of them have penetrated the (expensive) defense systems.
Hey #California, the third-place-polling #Republican governor candidate Sheriff Chad Bianco has just seized 650,000 ballots from Riverside County, under the pretense of a âfact-finding missionâ to see if some kind of crime has been committed during the Prop 50 voteâthe one that asserts that California can use an older district map for the 2028 map. He did this despite AG Rob Bonta and Secretary of State Shirley Weberâs assertion that his actions were âoutside the lawâ, and despite the fact that Prop 50 passed by a whopping 64%, and that this investigation will do nothing to change its outcome.
Bianco apparently got a judge to sign off on a search warrant, but the article doesnât say who it was that signed it.
Bianco is a hard-right Trumper, and a frequent proponent of the kinds of voter-fraud conspiracies that drive the far right. Heâs showing that he will use the Sheriffâs office to sow chaos in California to help Trump.
He must be defeated at the polls.
