you might not notice or care, but to me, it’s like reading this:

@robb sorry, not a grammar issue, a typographic one.

Apostrophes (and quotation marks) should be angled, not straight.

If the symbol just goes straight it’s just for referring to feet or inches.

(The rule is okay to ignore in general, as long as you’re consistent)

@BenRiceM @robb I wonder if straight quotes are used more by coders due to issues with curly quotes on CLIs
