HeroOfDermwoodMy Steam Link no longer connects properly with Steam on my computer. It connects, but all I get is a black screen. It interacts with steam on my pc, but I can't see any of the UI. Not sure what settings need to change to get it working. Most discussions I have found are years old or about the app. Nothing about the device currently. Going to mess with it a bit more, but very sad it doesn't want to work easily. #steam #steamlink
Thelgor (he/him)@HeroOfDermwood What's the OS of your computer? I've noticed a similar issue with older versions of Windows.
@Thelgor I run Ubuntu Linux.
@HeroOfDermwood Not sure about Ubuntu. But on an older Windows version, the hyperlinks would still work (they would be on the left side of the screen) if you could click on them. Not sure what's causing it though. Whatever graphics call was being used wasn't understood but it didn't crash the system. Updating to a more recent OS version was all that fixed it.
