no Git, no GitHub. CI was only for huge projects that could afford and maintain it.

hopefully a distro volunteer packages your stuff and users would get it in a couple months. there were so few testers because you’d have to compile from source with shitty tools.

the notion of “arrogant #Flathub reviewers gatekeeping” is laughable. the bar is so low now and still catches your feet because ChatGPT dreams up manifest permissions. skill issue sorry not sorry. :p

honestly the hardest part of the app icon design process is picking the light variant of the brand background colour.

it always looks kind of meh and most of the time the icons are displayed on a dark background (except in social media previews).

I hope #Flathub/#GNOME would just drop it. :)
