@DazzlingDamo The door pic makes me think of the early 70s era when the Ford Thunderbird became a four-door sedan. But those headlights don’t seem quite right – they give more of a Plymouth/Dodge impression to me…
@DazzlingDamo I’m still puzzled by this. The door pic says Ford Thunderbird to me, but the headlights don’t. More Plymouth or maybe Mercury. Did Mercury ever make a Cougar version of the suicide-door Thunderbird? If so, I don’t remember it.
@johnniesan that I could not tell you! I have a feeling this particular version of this long running nameplate may have not lasted very long before a face-lift.
