"When cis people try to understand what it is to be trans, I think they often try to imagine what it would feel like to want to be 'the opposite sex'. What they should be trying to imagine, instead, is how it would feel to wake up and find that the whole world insists they *are* the opposite sex. That would be a much closer scenario to how it feels to be trans." Sage

@transactualuk i hate that you label me cis, i am me, human, one spirit. Two spirit are recognized, accepted, there is no such thing as normal. I get offended that i am yelled at in media about trans, lgbq whatever. You are human, children of the earth, all are equal in creation. To me, u dont only scream for recognition, you scream for RECOGNITION.
@DeesaRoot
I can respect that you're not cis if you don't feel that way from a cultural or social background. Rejecting the gender norms of colonisers is honestly very good, but then this doesn't apply to you so I'm unsure why you're framing this as trans people taking up too much space? Not everyone is from your cultural background and will call themselves two spirit as a result if they are unlike you.
