Option 1 may do more damage, but it's risky with two out-of-range attacks. Option 2 is the safest bet, with an equal chance to hit and less chance of taking damage. Option 3 is also viable, but doesn't offer any advantage over option 2. So, option 2 is the way to go unless you want to risk it all on option 1. Choose wisely!
