I have a lot on my plate right now. I have less than 3 months to come up with $3200 to get my two teeth fixed (at 216 so far). I also have a #NonVerbal, #probablyautistic preschooler with so many febrile seizures we've had to travel 200+ miles to a children's hospital twice in the last month. We have another in just over a week, so early it will require a hotel room. Then another nearly as far for his screening/diagnosis. All of these trips take so long we have to eat out.

I hate that I have to feed my kids so much fast food lately. I hate that just grabbing food puts more financial strain, too. But I'm not sure what else to do. Soft coolers struggle in the heat of a car.

So far we have had family help with the trips, but it's taking a toll on the primary one helping. IDK how long they're going to be able/willing. And I can't handle the process to even get gas reimbursed with his Medicaid. They'll only do it if we act like their paid drivers, it seems.

At this point, anything helps. Tips for managing this situation without/with less money. Money to handle all the costs and make sure our van doesn't break down under the stress. Money to save my teeth instead of spending more later replacing them.
