@maxbvrn so... when some ridiculous little thing like looking at a favorite color makes it easier to do work, is that what dopamine feels like?

(I don't *think* I have ADHD, but I have some other neurodivergent stuff, and since finally noticing that stuff like colors can give me motivation, or control over motivation, I'm being a lot more intentional about how I set up a workspace.)
