Before getting too deep into a toot steam, perhaps give some thought to including ALT-text in your posting process for attached images.

What with text kinda being your whole raison d'être...

Blind users & others who benefit from ALT-text are a significant segment of the larger fediverse community. Many users here won't boost posts that don't include ALT-text, even if they're otherwise shareworthy.
