I can see it getting even worse. Some doctors in these States are going to have to get into it. Carry out the necessary surgery and fight the State in court.
@Kryten @ProPublica the problem is their insurance won't let them and or won't cover them if this happens. And it's already insanely expensive (I know several people who changed tracks away from OBGYN in school because it's so expensive)
