A settlement has been finalized to resolve a litigation against Flo Health, Inc., Google LLC, and Flurry, Inc., over the use of tracking code on Flo Flo Health, Google, and Flurry have agreed to pay a total of $59.5 million to settle a class action lawsuit over the use of tracking code within Flo Health’s fertility tracking app. Meta Platforms chose not to settle, and a California jury found in favor of the plaintiffs.
