When asked about data collection, they tried to sell it as increasing safety for vulnerable road users by...

There are a hundred other things we could do which would improve safety in this county for vulnerable road users.

But instead we are going to probably end up with a self driving vehicle track and kiosks that no one wanted or can really even get too.
