This is one of my most popular posts.
@BackFromTheDud “I believe my exact words were ‘a dangerous, savage child-race’.”
@BackFromTheDud Change your mind? Hell … we CONCUR!
@BackFromTheDud The "Change My Mind" meme, but it's Q from Star Trek: The Next Generation behind the table and the text on the sign reads "Humanity is a cruel and savage race. Change my mind." #AltText

@BackFromTheDud

We are the only species to be self aware of and decry our own savage nature. It may not save us in the end, but at least some of us are trying.

@jcct @BackFromTheDud ... that we know of. Maybe there are whale-philosophers who only eat certified vegan plankton. Octopus-philosophers who ruminate on optimal ways to reduce ocean acidification. Honeybadger-philosophers who ... never mind, they don't care.
@BackFromTheDud Alt Text missing some context:
The "change my mind meme" featuring a table at a campus, with the matter in question on a sheet. The person behind the desk has been replaced by John De Lancie as the trickster godlike being "Q" from Star Trek NG. He's dressed in red and black like a Chinese imperial judge.
@BackFromTheDud I’ve just finished reading State of Terror, by Hillary Clinton and Louise Penny. This meme, and that book convinces me that Q was absolutely right.
@pattacakek I've known this since I was 17!
@BackFromTheDud @Aikiwomannc counter argument, we also figured out how to make chocolate and beer.
@BackFromTheDud I just recently saw that episode!

@BackFromTheDud The person behind the meme (Steven Crowder) is a racist asshole. So while I appreciate your meme I really don't like the meme format.

@BackFromTheDud Something about the park setting inspired me to (badly) slap together “Sad Q-anu.”
