So back in high school, I developed a milk allergy. Every time I drank it or had food with dairy after that, had to be near a bathroom in the very near future. For a while I assumed it was a lactose allergy, but later I discovered I couldn't handle whey protein either, and Lactaid milk had the same effect. Doc said it could be a protein allergy.

Lived a mostly dairy-free life for 15 years, but someone asked me about "A2 Milk." Thought it was dumb, bought some, slammed it today, and no issues!

Not trying to shill it or anything, but as someone that has to be careful about even the occasional ice cream, cool and interesting to see stuff like this coming out. Didn't know it was a thing.
@ryne May have to try this too. Thought I had a dairy allergy, but test came back negative. Still not sure what the root cause is (can't do milk or ice cream, but cheese doesn't super bother me)
@nexusben worth a shot. Same deal for me, I didn't have a lactose allergy, just couldn't handle milk.
