Picked up a new friend today!
@ActionRetro An Amiga 2000 is an awesome find! The graphics on those units were light years ahead of their time.

@ActionRetro ah, the superior 68000 machine!

i picked up a slightly rough A500 about a month ago myself and just about finished restoring it

@ActionRetro A second one?:) Looking forward to see you have a nice fully running one:)
@ActionRetro that was the dream box back in the day.

@ActionRetro that's quite the fun machine, hopefully you'll have fun with it

Pretty sure there's ways to run Mac software on it

@ActionRetro Still want an A600 sometime myself but can't justify the prices they go for. @~@;

@ActionRetro One of these days I should get an Amiga.

I avoided them back in the day because there was a raging Amiga supremacist in the local BBS scene, like almost to the point of actual bigotry against users of other systems. Turned me off that whole scene(unreasonable, but I was a kid)

@ActionRetro Nice! 😍 I have A500 and A1200 in my collection 🙂
@ActionRetro check the battery !
Does it really look so good as in the picture. Not seems very yellowed.
@ActionRetro oooh. Mac emulation coming up by any chance? ;)
@ActionRetro used one of these while working at a government cable access channel. Would run the lower third during broadcasted meetings while the upper part of the screen I would dial into BBSs to pass the time.
