Section 230 is intact!

This is great news not just for
#Twitter and #YouTube but also for the Fediverse.

It means that if something terrible, like a terrorist threat, gets hosted on your server, you are not legally liable for its contents.

And trust me, due to the realities of federation, there will be times when bad material will momentarily hit your server -- even if you're the world's greatest content moderator.

We can all breathe a sigh of relief. That is, for now.
