Funny, because it was Jim who convinced me to take the Brompton plunge. I always wanted one and while saving up for a new one, two used ones showed up locally on the used market (an extremely rare occurence here in North Carolina) and I grabbed both. Absolutely love them and am grateful to Jim to telling me to bite the bullet.

@2E0ECN Mark, Thomas @qrper is correct. It's a Tern 24 Speed Folding Bike. I also have a 5 speed Dahon Folding bike which I purchased before the Tern from an eBay estate sale for $50. It's what got me into folding bikes. I almost purchased a Brompton but I had 2 large, 2 small & a Messenger and computer Bag from Ortleib and didn't want to have to purchase bags for Brompton
