How about a visit to an amazing automotive museum? This one is in Los Angeles, it's called the Petersen and if you're in LA, do put aside a day to go visit this place. Gorgeous building, incredible collection. Buy a pass to enter the Vault, no cameras allowed but you get to see more of their collection, tucked in the basement. All sorts of vehicles!

@Eetschrijver @vwdasher Yes, the French โfiscal horsepowerโ, based on โsteam horsepowerโ or โchevaux vapeurโ, (hence 2CV for the two fiscal horsepower of the Citroรซn โdeux chevauxโ) made it much more expensive to own bigger displacement engines. Anything over 2L, as a rough rule, was very difficult to sell in any numbers because of the higher cost of annual registration.
The calculation was modified over the years. Variables also included the number of cylinders.
@Eetschrijver @vwdasher From 1998, the calculation is based on engine power expressed in kW and COยฒ emissions.
Than annual registration renewal fee was abolished in 2001, but there is still an initial registration requirement that imposes a fee per fiscal horsepower (the fee varies by local jurisdiction).
It really needs Liberace driving it. Or Groucho Marx.
