Any ideas how to fix this guy? It's "popped" when I used it as regular and just adjusted voltage. I believe potentiometer caused short circuit somehow and burned fuse.

I would check the bridge rectifier, pass transistor, big filter caps for shorts first. As the power supply consists of two channels its possible to figure out the good/bad one and compare them. A schematics/service manual helps to figure out whats wrong. Looks like a rebadged Mastech power supply. I found this schematic but I dont know if it fits the power supply https://elektrotanya.com/axiomet_mastech_hy3005d_high_res.gif/download.html#dl

@stereo4x4 it not so bad as I thought. I replaced one potentiometer, replaced fuse and it's alive. Unfortunately I see how short circuit protection activates on turning handles and it happens on both sides. I will try to replace all the pots and see how it goes.
Thanks for schematics, it looks very similar to what I have there.
