That's literally an app which force your PC to run an encrypted piece of software which you have no idea what is it to prevent it from doing what you want it to do!
If #DRM-ware is not malware, so what is malware?

Software intentionally designed to cause disruption to a computer, server, client, or computer network is malware. Being encrypted or not letting you do whatever you want with it, doesn't make it malware, just like your banking app isn't malware or your android phone isn't run by malware. And the otheway around: malware can be just as open source and "unencrypted" as anything else.
