Anyone know what this is?

I wanted to say #GladiolusCommunis and exclaim ‘#HelloPossums!!’

But I had a sneaking suspicion it could be something totally different.

And so too does my ID app… in fact it suggests anything from #Lobelia, #Montbretia, #CannaLily - and yes of course… #Gladiolus!

Google image search wanted to tell me it’s a gladdy… but you know what.. I’m not so sure.

Whatever it is, ‘twas snapped on my sisters farm in #Centralvictoria a few weeks back… deep red and it is happy as Larry.

Oh what the heck, I’ll just say it;

@NessaUndreza Um, yes, not gladioli. I’m pretty sure they have a thicker, stronger stem?

@NessaUndreza No idea from this end. I'm fairly certain it might be red. That's about the extent of my botanical skills!
