gallaugherBirte is a visiting student from Germany & she built a #CircuitPython BoomBox. Check out how copper tape dots on the bottom of the "Cassettes" ID the song for the display & playback. Each cassette has a B-side, too! Such fun! She'd never coded or engineered things before our #BCPhysComp class. Reminds me a bit of the build @gvy_dvpont brought to Boston Hardware Happy Hour.

@gvy_dvpont I actually have to learn more of this equipment. We've got lots more 3D printers than the Prusas in the background, including a polyjet. There's also a cool embroidery machine, a pretty big tapbletop C&C. Wood shops. The spaces are actually spread across two floors - these images are in the Digital Fab Classroom where I teach. It's a fun space - they open the doors up so it welcomes the hall on demo days like this. We'll get you in there sometime!
