@jamminjerry hmmhmm, so that was.
I admit I’m not a fan. It begins with way too much Gamer, and especially OP¹, then proceeds to be almost not at all Gamer, and mostly romance interspersed with teenage drama, half the ages are wrong half the time, and quite some of the sentence constructs are written confusingly enough to be barely intellegible.
The point inflation is also crazy. At the beginning it said average adult wizards are level 10 except in magic where they are level 25. And yet Harry runs through levels at a ridiculous pace (like a few small transfigurations, during battle no less, give him half a dozen levels in Transfiguration) and easily gets stuff into the 70s within the first couple of weeks into this all. Compared with the entire run-time of the game, assuming Hogwarts, starting from Summer 1993 that’s about 260 weeks, this is good as nothing, the first 2% of time after the tutorial and he’s reaching such high levels… pretty unrealistic.
Also, wasn’t Lily’s red dark whereas the Weasleys’ is almost orange?
¹) example is, consuming hundreds of skillbooks in one day
tl;dr: ⅓ totally OP gamer fic, ⅔ teenage romance combined with teenage drama that totally ignores the gamer parts
