#sobp2023 #science I am greatly encouraged by the number of plenary or keynote presentations by women at the Society for Biological Psychiatry, and the number of panels with either parity or a straight majority of women speakers. 😀

We still have a lot to do in other dimensions of representation, but it's a strong showing for gender. Which is a strong step in any medical field, and Psychiatry is no exception!
