Hello, fellow spinners! It is almost MD Sheep & Wool Festival time. I am looking for advice.

I have only ever used a drop spindle, but have been contemplating getting a wheel of some kind. The small e-spinners are intriguing to me. I also like the idea of a charkha, but maybe they aren't right for the wool fiber I have at the moment.

What is the learning curve like for this? Can I figure out an e-spinner on my own? Which e-spinner is best? Any info is welcome.
