@rbreich And now Roberts, unsurprisingly, is declining to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The Roberts court will long be regarded as the sleaziest, and most political, #SCOTUS in modern history.

And the result is an irreversible decline in the prestige the court so badly needs to maintain its authority.
