Notably, this case is in its very early days. Carlson had only recently as last week notified the court he was aware of the summons. Fox & Carlson still have two months to ask for dismissal. Personally, I'll be watching to see if Fox moves for a split trial now; if Carlson is forced to hire his own counsel; or if a settlement is suddenly announced.

Yeah, Rupert was soooo terribly concerned about it that he didn't take action in the 2+ years Carlson has been spreading that propaganda, or even in the 6 weeks since he ran Veritas-style chopped up video clips trying to advance the theory even further...
