Gil HovaI am currently hate-playing an awful idle clicker game. I just can’t take my eyes off how many tradeoffs were made in the name of monetization. Why am I still playing this?
Update: I removed it from my phone. Absent all other things, I kinda enjoy the mechanisms of an idle clicker, but I hate the effect it has on my life, and the relentless trappings of modern-day casual gaming (loot boxes, daily streaks, microtransactions) just kills my soul.
