So here's a great little reminder from MindfulEnough (circulated on LinkedIn) that offers a quick mapping of how that looks.

Keep in near your computer & each time you feel the stress welling up place your immediate activity on the map & accept where your control has its limits.

It won't solve everything but it'll help

I'm afraid I do not understand your point; as a past struggler with stress, which after some counselling I began to be able to deal with, this seemed like a useful mapping of some of the advice I had been given... I'm not trying to change people's opinions, I am merely hoping to add to stress sufferers' tools for navigating and escaping (or lessening) that experience.... we seem to be typing at cross purposes?
