@ihatebooks Re-reading Transmetropolitan. Amazing points about technology and futurism with just the right dash of bowel disrupters. #warrenellis #transhumanism #graphicnovels #scifinovelrefrencesnoonegivesafuckaboutanymore #scifi #spiderjerusalem
@ihatebooks The Biographer’s Tale by A.S. Byatt. It’s a little over my head.
@ihatebooks 10 pgs in both Frank M. Snowden’s Before Color Prejudice: The Ancient View of Blacks and Gore Vidal’s Julian, and 58 pgs in Introducing Philosophy: A Graphic Guide by D. Robinson and J. Groves
@ihatebooks Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis. Just finished The Climate Book by Greta Thunberg. About to start Becoming by Michelle Obama. Also reading a book about songwriting (I don't remember the name) and a textbook on personality disorders (I don't recall the name of that one either). I'm usually reading several books at once. Also on book 4 of The Wheel of Time series (that's a re-read for me).

@ihatebooks Rachel Pollack's The Unquenchable Fire and The Vinyl Frontier (about the LP on the Voyager spacecraft) by Jonathan Scott.

Recently finished Aberrant by Marek Šindelka for book club (Very good!). 4 showed up to the meeting, 3 of us had read it, 2 of us had read it in English. The Ukrainian had read it in Dutch. (We all live in the Netherlands, so this isn't odd.) For awhile we wondered if the Ukrainian had read the same book we had.

@ihatebooks Halfway through the audiobook version of Celeste Ng's Little Fires Everywhere. 12% of the way into the ebook Prose Poetry by Paul Hetheringon and Cassandra Atherton. I review what I finish #books
@ihatebooks Current book: "Straight Outta Deadwood", an anthology of wild west ghost stories.
Some of them are fun, but with over 5000 books in my library and having them stacked to fill every cubic centimeter of my library, this one's going to the used book drive at the local public library.
