I got a lovely email thanking me for the first game I ever wrote way back three decades ago and I am here to tell you please if there is a thing you love to let the creator know.
@sargent is it an interactive fiction game?
@sargent @xanna Agree. I said the same yesterday on Instagram.
@ianRobinson @sargent it is the main thing I miss Twitter for, tbh. Nice to dm creators when I enjoyed a thing.
@xanna @ianRobinson @sargent One can DM here too. It's just not called a DM.
@shuttersparks @ianRobinson @sargent Absolutely, but most of the people whose stuff I enjoy aren't on here
@sargent I believe in this fiercely, right down to the young man at the meat counter in the grocery store who listens to me attentively, meets my eyes, smiles and wishes me a good day.
@sargent The adorable game I found on Steam called Tooth and Tail. I believe it was Pocketwatch Games. So much fun but it never seemed to be the big success it deserved. Still play it.
@sargent How wonderful. As a #writer, I know how deeply gratifying it can be to hear from readers out there in the great void & learn how words have been meaningful companions to them. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผโœจ
@sargent Same here, and i always appreciate it.
@sargent @dmoren @gruberโ€™s Christmas post โ€œMerryโ€ from a decade or more ago is the most beautiful thing Iโ€™ve ever read. Helps I guess that his boy and mine were born within days of one another.
@sargent Do you happen to have an email for Chad Irby?
@Gustodon I donโ€™t, Iโ€™m afraid.
