@ericsfraga @zbecker wow very experienced! All my friends on irc kept making fun of me for using gnome DE with arch so I started running x with i3 — might try out exwm. I don’t know if you game or not but would you foresee any issues with steam and other wm’s you’ve mentioned?

I don't have any issue usually. The only issue with steam is that if the scroll bar isn't visible, you get some weird issues. Just resize steam so its visible and your good.

Personally I use #xmonad though. I wouldn't recommend using it unless you want to learn #haskell. I have used #awesomeWM and #qtile as well, but I am not as well versed in them.

Haskell was quite fun to learn as its a purely functional language with no object oriented ability.

The reason why I use xmonad is primarily because there are so many libraries for it. I #polybar rather than #xmobar.
