A media description can be added post hoc by editing the toot (you probably have to delete and reupload the picture).
If you have the ambition to always add a caption, you may use a reminder bot such as @PleaseCaption
I am not sure whether I will boost this without media caption.
And I advise not to use URL shorteners (for reasons).
Huh, I invested a few more seconds in this... The website that hides behind the short URL ist quite full of tracking, analyzing, fingerprinting, advertising... Too bad. I cannot recommend this and will not take part.
