@MadisonForAll Does the intersection still feel safe without the light? To me that's more important.

@Compusomnia I don't think so. The intersection is fairly complex, and cars are moving at pretty high speeds (multiple lanes per direction). Both Regent and Monroe are notorious car sewers in the city of madison.
