Scott Knowles@heidilifeldman Washington State has laws and regulations with a state board governing pharmacies and pharmacists where they can't refuse to dispense FDA approved drugs for personal reason(s) to people, especially women, with a prescription. A pharmacy doesn't have t o stock certain drugs but they must refer person to a pharmacy with the drug that is within short travel. They must have drugs if no one other pharmacy is close.
