For three-plus years I’ve been telling my brother he should try baking bread and he scoffed at it and kept saying he doesn’t eat much #bread and thinks it’s a stupid waste of time when he can get a sliced loaf for $3-5 at the supermarket.

Then he stayed with me for 6 days and ate most of a loaf himself. Haha.

He went home Monday. He has spent $150 on bread and #pizza making supplies. His starter is now fed. Tonight, he mixes his first loaf! Please pray to the #sourdough gods with me. 😂
