@Woodswalked @snork303 @dungeons That's not even a joke, I'm 45/Gen X & my news algorithm served me an article this week about the hot trends in Normcore fashion; it was all about how "ugly cool" comfortable shoes are in and the article header was the sneakers I wear every day because my foot surgeon told me to buy them 😭 Now I'm TRENDY. By ACCIDENT. What a nightmare.

I am older than you and I have worn nursing shoes since being a teen. I thought Normcore itself was a joke, but I have always been unfashionable. My mother said in the 90’s when the grunge fashion hit “hey, second time in my life I have been wearing the day’s fashion.”
