I question the conventional wisdom that DeSantis would be better than Trump. I've yet to see any evidence he's less cruel than Trump, and every aspect of his adult life, continuing into the present, suggests he's even *more* cruel.

@maxkennerly Everybody I talk to considers DeSantis decidedly _worse_, because he has the same cruel teapot agenda without being demented.
