Discovered the water service line is leaking from somewhere under the basement slab and this plus the lead plus asbestos plus debris plus not having operable doors and HVAC and oh right, work... I'm starting to get that ragged sense of It's All A Little Too Much. It's just time, it's just money, it's all doable, but man it's a lot.
