One of my biggest peeves on #Mastodon thus far are the folks policing the #twitter hashtag harassing those who use it.

Don’t tell people how to post. If you don’t like something, filter it. It’s that simple.

@rhtunstall It promotes twitter to speak about it. That is common sense. Best to comment on what comes across on timeline to create clarity . Block it if u do not like it.

I do not, nor have I ever promoted #twitter. My post welcomes those who are leaving & want to re-establish connections, bond over our shared #exodus, and continue to share on #mastodon.

I will discuss my previous social account as much as I want, as I spent more than a decade establishing connections there.

Telling me not to talk about it would just be #censorship.
