probably here as well, as staffing is an issue the bigger issue is that many patients and family's members are nor aware of the services available. Heart breaking.

@savaslab so true - in fact it was only last week - 10 months into treatment - that a therapist at the hospital emailed me my patient rights booklet. A lot could have been headed off at the pass if I had that book to begin with.

@cea this is something we do observe here too. One thing we wanna do is to improve it. Hope next year we will start working on it. Patients often are the best supporter and teacher - they love to share what they know (in our experience)
