@dangillmor "Big Journalism" is not a person. Please stop using that broad brush conflation that excuses the wrongdoers by denying their agency. Individual reporters here and there do it right. Painting with a broad brush encourages people who are already news-avoidant to stay away from democratic rituals and frankly, lapsed civic responsibilities.
